🎯 Why these games made the list
The rule was strict: if a faster hand reliably wins, the game did not make the list. That removed most of our own arena duels, which is a real cost — they are good games — but they are the wrong ones here. What is left splits in two. The co-op picks (Tether, Beam, Color Gates, Slicer Duo, 2 Player Games Kids Kitchen) cannot be won by out-playing the person next to you; the game is the opponent. The rest are turn-based or one-verb: Overload is four hidden choices locked in at once, Penalty Kicks is a bluff you make with a crosshair, Tilt and Cannon Duel give you a whole turn to think, and Spike! is a volleyball game whose rules fit in one line. Beam earns a special mention — the two roles are so different that experience in one barely transfers to the other.
