These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TwozyGames ("we", "our", "the Site") at twozygames.com. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Our Service

TwozyGames is a free browser gaming site offering two kinds of games: the TwozyGames Originals — HTML5 games designed, developed and owned by TwozyGames — and a curated catalog of HTML5 games from third-party providers, primarily GameDistribution. We curate, categorize, and present all of them alongside original editorial content including guides, tips, and reviews.

2. Services Provided

  • Access to HTML5 browser games via redirection to host platforms.
  • Original editorial content: how-to-play guides, tips, editorial reviews, and FAQs.
  • Game search, category browsing, and filtering tools.
  • Local favorites and recently-played history (stored in your browser).
  • Multilingual site interface across 12 languages.

3. Eligibility and Account

  • The Site is intended for users aged 13 and older (16 or older in the EEA where GDPR applies).
  • No registration, login, or personal information is required to access games.
  • By using the Site, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirements in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree NOT to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission (editorial reviews, guides, and original text are our intellectual property).
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or related systems.
  • Disrupt or interfere with Site functionality through overloading, DoS attacks, or malicious code.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of TwozyGames, game developers, or other parties.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

5. Third-Party Game Content

This section applies only to third-party catalog games — not to the TwozyGames Originals, which are our own games served from our own domain (see Section 6).

  • Games hosted on GameDistribution and other third-party platforms are the intellectual property of their respective developers.
  • Third-party games are played inside an embedded frame served by the third-party host (or, for some titles, in a new tab on the host's player page). Their terms of service and privacy policies apply during gameplay.
  • We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or availability of third-party games.
  • Any issues with third-party game performance, in-game purchases, or content should be addressed to the game's original developer or the hosting platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The TwozyGames Originals — the in-house games themselves, including their code, game design, artwork, and audio — are the intellectual property of TwozyGames. Likewise, all editorial content on the Site (including game descriptions, how-to-play guides, tips, editorial reviews, FAQ content, category guides, and the TwozyGames brand and logo) is the intellectual property of TwozyGames and is protected by copyright and related laws. You may view, read, and play this content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including republishing, re-embedding the Originals on another site, translation, AI training ingestion, or commercial redistribution — requires prior written permission.

7. Advertising

  • The Site displays advertisements (primarily through Google AdSense) to support free access to games.
  • Advertisement content is the responsibility of the advertiser and Google. We do not endorse the products or services shown in ads.
  • Use of an ad blocker does not violate these Terms, but may limit Site revenue that supports ongoing operation.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any editorial content.
  • We are not responsible for actions of third-party game developers, hosting platforms, or advertisers.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TwozyGames SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. In jurisdictions that do not allow such limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TwozyGames, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable international principles of contract law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where we operate or as required by applicable consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through a Site notice. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
