The top-down perspective provides clear strategic visibility, making the game genuinely readable during intense waves. The economy system (earn cash by popping, spend on towers, sell to reinvest) creates meaningful resource decisions. Where the game shines is in its accessibility and theme. The downside is that tower defense is a very crowded genre, and while this version is solid, mechanical innovation beyond theming is minimal. As a themed TD for casual play, though, it works. Where the sell-and-reinvest layer keeps the game interesting past wave 5 is in late-game pivots — selling early-tier towers to fund a high-tier replacement turns into a real timing decision rather than a pure linear upgrade path.
